They first enter their credentials for authentication, next they select a doctor from the practice, and finally they select the earliest available date offered by the software or enter a specific date to choose an appointment.

2.Patients can go online and schedule their appointments. This is again a simple task for the patient. The newly created appointment is then entered automatically into the Doctor's calendar. The Doctors and office staff can view these appointments instantly.
