CeylonSoft eAssistant product brings all your collaboration needs together. It brings all your data such as Voicemail, Email, Fax, Appointments, Contacts, Tasks and Notes to a central system. This information then can be accessed via any Internet or Intranet ready computer, any telephone, or your BlackBerry. It can be accessed via the Internet without installing any CeylonSoft product on your computer.

Users of the CeylonSoft eAssistant Edition can access their email messages, voicemail messages, FAX messages, contact data, calendar, to-do-lists and other information via any computer that is running Windows/95/98/Me/NT4.0/2000/Xp/
2003, Linux, AIX, Solaris, Mac OSX or other Java enabled operating systems.  This is a client-server system. The CeylonSoft's  Exchange system  running on a server is accessed  via  CeylonSoft  eAssistant  from any  computer connected to the  network. 

The CeylonSoft Exchange system allows you to access your Email, Voicemail, Fax, Appointments, Notes and Contacts via any telephone using speech technologies such as Text-To-Speech.

This user information can also be accessed in realtime using a BlackBerry hand held device. You can listen to your Voicemessages, view Email messages, view Fax messages, and view your schedule via a secure SSL connection and authorized login.
